Help
Create your QR code in a few steps.
1. Choose what to share
Select Website, Text, E-mail, or Wi-Fi. Enter your content and the preview updates automatically. Website addresses can include https:// or start with a domain such as example.com.
For E-mail, enter a recipient and optionally a subject and message. For Wi-Fi, enter the network name and password, then choose its encryption type. Select None for an open network.
2. Customize the appearance
Choose a frame, add a logo, change the colors, or select a pattern and corner shapes. The circle with a slash means no frame or no logo. Hover over a choice for its full description.
Under Color, select Foreground or Background to choose where the swatches apply. Black and white swatches make it easy to return to the standard colors. You can also enter a hex value or use either color picker.
Reset customization removes the frame and logo and restores black-on-white square shapes and automatic error correction. Your entered content and selected PNG size stay unchanged.
Advanced, below the download buttons, lets you choose error correction. Auto uses M without a logo and H with a logo, returning to M when the logo is removed. You can also choose L, M, Q, or H manually; a manual choice stays selected when the logo changes. Higher correction adds recovery information but can make the code denser. The grid size is chosen automatically. Scan-test codes containing logos before printing.
3. Download and test
Choose a PNG width from 200 to 2000 pixels. Framed images keep the original artwork's taller proportions; the size readout shows the final width and height. SVG files remain scalable, although uploaded PNG or JPG logos stay raster images inside them.
Download PNG & SVG saves two separate files. If your browser asks, allow multiple downloads for QIKR. You can also use the individual download buttons.
Scan the downloaded code with a phone before sharing or printing. Dark foregrounds on light backgrounds are the most dependable starting point. Large logos, low contrast, dense content, and very small prints can make scanning harder.
Logos and drafts
Upload a PNG, JPG, or self-contained SVG up to 2 MB. SVG files with scripts or external references are not supported. Use Remove Logo to return to an unobstructed code.
Your draft is temporarily retained in this browser tab, including your customization and uploaded logo, when browser storage is available. Wi-Fi passwords are never written to draft storage; you may need to re-enter one when returning to the generator. This is not a permanent save feature. Private browsing or storage limits may prevent draft retention.
